Liqueur + Ice Cream = a match made in heaven in Tokyo!

Tokyo is always innovative when it comes to food - new cafes and restaurants pop up all the time, with fun and interesting things to try.

A bar/cafe that opened this year in the Ebisu area of Tokyo is called Milks - and it combines delicious soft serve ice cream with your favorite liqueur!

Milks are located only a two minute walk from the Ebisu train station, so it's a perfect spot to check out if you're sightseeing in the area. They have over 100 different types of liqueur to serve on top of your ice cream - so there should be a flavor that interests you. Some of the choices include Creme De Strawberry, Frangelico, Cherry Marnier and Malibu Coconut, but their menu of liqueur choices to serve with your ice cream is nine pages long! Each table also has a couple of sprinkle shakers (both chocolate and rainbow sprinkles) to make your ice cream even more pretty to look at.

If you're not a drinker or just don't care for the taste of alcohol, don't fret - they also have a range of non alcoholic liqueur choices you can serve up with your ice cream, such as hazelnut, coconut, chocolate and cookies (yum!) and caramel.

As for the store itself, it's decorated in a really fashionable way  - it has hanging, hammock style individual seating up at the bar area, as well as plenty of tables to sit at too. Everything is fresh and bright white, and there is loads of greenery around, with potted plants hanging from the ceiling and from ledges.

Not only is the ice cream and liqueur delicious, and the store decorated in a really photogenic way - they also have a range of petit fours to try if you want to make your visit that much sweeter!
