2. Crème de la Corn (Shibuya)
Dominique Ansel Bakery Japan also creates an ice cream cone in Japan. This is a caramel sweet corn soft serve which sits atop a corn cob which has been braised in butter and soy sauce and gilled the corn. When you bit the corn, salty flavour of the butter and soy sauce able to provide contrast to the sweetness of the corn. Move it fast to find the bakery location because Crème de la Corn will only be available until end of September as well.

10. Himitsuno Ichigo Milk (Taito)
Himitsudo is located a famous matcha place where only 400 meters from Sendagi station. The selling point in this store is the syrup that used with ingredients and ice. I like Himitsuno Ichigo Milk shaved ice topped with strawberries. In addition, they also serve other popular seasonal shaved ice such as Hanimi (milk with honey), Ichigo Yogurt (strawberries and yogurt), Uguisu Zakura (green tea and cherry blossom), Satsumaimo Cream Caramel (pasted sweet potatoes and caramel cream) and Razuyo (raspberry with yogurt).
