This museum is dedicated to displaying the unique ceramics and pottery of Arita (Saga.)
Tozan Jinja, also called Sueyama Jinja, is a shrine dedicated to the porcelain manufacturers and merchants of Arita. This is a unique spot as the entrance gate, guardian dogs, water gates and balustrades are all made of Arita porcelain. The lucky charms (omamori) are also made of Arita porcelain.
