About this sight
Founded in 1971, this udon shop is now part of a family of shops spread throughout southern Honshu, Japan's main island. The original shop was founded in Hagi's Shitamachi, with basic interior decorations. This shop keeps the traditional wooden interior design. It is spacious compared to udon shops in larger cities and is popular with local workers and families alike. One of its famous dishes is bukake-udon with optional beef or egg toppings. Other options on the menu include Japanese comfort foods such as rice bowls and udon in soup.
