About this sight

This museum gives a full overview of all 36 types of traditional arts and crafts developed in Ishikawa Prefecture over the centuries. Aside from the famed kutani porcelain and thin gold leaf, visitors can see ohi pottery used for tea ceremony, taiko drums used in festivals, and more. Between April and November, the museum is closed every third Thursday of the month.
