This museum elaborates on the history of the ancient Japanese Salt Road and displays items related to the salt trade. One building on the premises of this former residence of a wealthy merchant is dedicated to yabusame, the art of mounted archery. Closed for the end of year holidays, every Wednesday from November through April and only every third and fourth Wednesday in the summer months.
