One of the fish vendors in the Tsukiji Market, the store operates internally from 5 am but is only open to the public from 9 am when the market opens. With high precision and care, the workers cut the tuna (or maguro in Japanese) into perfect pieces to be weighed and packaged for sale. The tuna is very fresh and even non-restaurant owners or chefs can take one of the pieces home for a reasonable price.
