Located in Ueno's market district, famous for its clothing stores and cheap food, this retailer of American casual or "Amekaji" fashion sells Hawaiian shirts, denim jeans and bomber jackets among other items. Known as "the" denim store in Ueno, Hinoya stocks rare vintage American blue jeans from the 1930s through 1950s. Many of these jeans are in original and unused condition. Hinoya also has its own brand, Burgus+ & Co. and sells other Japanese brands such as Momotaro Jeans.
